hi all … just thinking of spending a bit more on the old girl and keeping her for some more years ( 8 and counting ) … has anyone had their car poly bushed ? … if so what cost are you looking at for the bushes and labour ?

How harsh are they for real world everyday driving if you have everything done?

Not having had my engine mounts or dogbone bush done, I would have to say not in the least harsh for all the other bushes. They certainly take the slop out though, and hopefully will last a lot longer.

Front wishbone's 4 bushes in total £27 (flo-flex)

Dogbone mount front and main bush £35 (powerflex)

Front anti roll bar bushes £16 (superpro)

Thats the front end taken care of, fitted myself so cant really comment on labour.

So i polybushed my whole front end for £80ish! Not bad!
