If only.........

Featured Replies

I hadn't pressed the 'unlock boot button' on the key fob yesterday afternoon, that was in my coat pocket, and then casually took off and lobbed my coat through the boot opening on to the back seat, and then slammed the tailgate closed with the key still in my pocket!!

KEERLUNK!! :swear:

If only I'd fitted the removable tow bar hook instead of leaving it in its bag in the boot, then I wouldn't have to have the scratches and peck matks repaired on the back bumper now, and the **** that obviously parks by sound would hopefully have a nice dent in his bumper to repair instead.

Not your best day then?

Ouch- not a good day then.

First one was self inflicted, granted.

Wouldn't mind, but I'm usually so careful to make sure I've got the keys on me before slamming the tailgate shut.

I've often thought to myself as to just how easy it would be to cause this sort of grief....and then i go and DO IT!!

Didn't know wheather to laugh or cry tbqh .

Only noticed the bumper damage last weekend when cleaning it.

I was bouncing when i saw it . :@

All the salt residue was hiding the damage, so it could have happened anytime within the last 2 weeks tbh

Key fob in boot.......

Been there, done that, felt the grief

If only I'd taken the time to finely adjust the n/s door mirror on the dealer's forecourt.......

then I would not have gouged the alloy wheel while reversing into my drive - ten minutes into ownership of the car :@
