Today is my first full day as a Skoda owner. Well so far it's going great :sun:

Collected a 2009 1.9tdi Estate last night and am pleased with what I find and others comments too.

I have a habit of owning cars for a long time, (the last one was 9 years 8 months and it was a bargain that served me well). I expect this ownership experience to be pleasurable and long. I'm used to doing most of my own mechanicals, although these days my tool box is better equipped than I am for the bending and grunting.

I look forward to many exchanges here in the coming years.

Hi and welcome. I know what you mean by grunting. I have found myself sighing whenever I bend down and wonder how long I have being doing it.
