AP coilovers

Featured Replies

I've just bought a set of these hopefully be here by the weekend, now I read somewhere that you don't need shortened droplinks for the AP's am I right in believing this or will I need them? Thanks.

I will be fitting mine Thursday and have bought a set of standard length ones to go on.

That's hopefully when mine will be going on ! Cheers

Bet your both miles away from me as my gf has ordered me some just wanted to see how the ride

yer standard length and worth replacing for the money. i made the school boy error and didnt do it.

Due to the design of them you shouldn't need shorter drop links, but for some reason on mine I had slight rubbing issues on the driveshafts? So I put a set of monedeo/pumas droplinks on and the problem has been eradicated

Standard drop links with mine, no bother at all

Standard were fine for me. I didn't replace them Tbh even though I had them on hand. Mine came off easily and didn't fracture a all.

I am all the way down at the back and when the front is raised off the ground the gap between the arch and and tyre (outer most line of tred) is 4 inches.

Rides alright. A little bumpy as would be expected, handles a like a go kart.
