Right i have searched for this all mornin basically is there a correct way to fit the helper spring onto the 256m rear callipers as i have recently fitted them and would like to do all i can to stop them sticking i have seen them fitted both ways that is all

Look in my build thread mate, I have pictures showing the fitment and mine have been spot on.

Is it because they are "moo'ing" when reversing?

Which springs do people use for the 256 setup?

Any part numbers?

They aint makeing a noise at all and i have looked and they aint all fitted the right way this is my problem i want it clearing up is the a definate right way for these springs 2 go or does it not matter

Doesn't matter as long as they create tension for the lever and they dont foul anything.
