as title, first breaking of each time I start the car up I get abs through pedal up until it throws the ABS and ASR lights and then it stops

any ideas ?

You have a failed ABS/speed sensor. Get it diagnosed which side it is and then they are about £30 or near for genuine ones.

Can't be helpful with diagnosis, but Money hungrey's solution is probably spot on. When I has a broken ABS sensor I removed it whilst waiting for a new one and had very odd indications ABS (of course), low power steering fluid, engine management light, and some odd codes when read via OBD port. New sensor and everything OK.
