Mk1 Fabia Sensor Problems

Featured Replies

Yesterday my car decided to have a hissy fit, my first problem came when I tore a wire out of my boost sensor, I found this very quickly and repaired the wire and this fixed my boost issue very quickly.

However during the repair, my coolant temp sensor flashed up, I think I may have shorted out the power from my fog light on a wire for something else.

When plugged into to pc, it flashed up saying I had a faulty ambient air sensor, faulty fuel level sensor; and faulty coolant temp sensor.

I can't imagine I blew all 3 seperately at the same time, I've checked all the fuses etc. I've also noticed that now my trip computer no longer works and my fuel always reads as empty on the dial but was wondering if there's any info as to where these all link up etcc etc?

Any ideas anyone?
