hi guys notice that the new octavia has now rear tinted windows on the new se model

Tinted is not the same as sunset glass. A lot of the mk2 guys were disappointed as they assumed it would look like sunset glass, but it was an almost indistinguishable tint.

Hi all, first time poster and have been enjoying the forum for a few weeks now.

I'll be changing lease car in October and am convinced I want the new hatchback Octy. However does anyone know if the Hatchback will get privacy glass in the back as having 2 young kids I really don't want to continue having the stick on window shades.

I like the tinted glass, my current Fabia has it and I love it.

l was disapointed with the sunset on my Berb, not dark enough, the built in sunshades are better but neither seem to be an option on the Octy III hatch as yet! Looks like a trip to the local "tint my ride" for me!
