Can anyone tell me why this keeps happening?

So I've had my car 9 weeks its an 06 plate octavia vrs petrol, when I brought it the oil cap was intact so a a week went past and the oil cap separated leaving me unable to remove the cap without pushing the parts back together. I replaced the oil cap with an oem new part and now I have an r8 oil cap and all have separated. Can anyone shed some light on why this keeps happening to me please ?

Crankcase breather blocked?
