I think the Polo ones will fit. Go and see VW parts - tey should help :)

p.s they are rubber ;)

If they're the aero-wipers? I believe they can be adapted - Andy_Ellis did them on his PD100 I think........ :)

If they're not, just ignore me :D

Jeff's explanation from a thread a while back:

aero wipers are aerodynamic so that they do not lift off at speed. These fit on differently to normal wiper blades so you need arms with the correct fitment. If you look on any current VW (apart from some early MK4 golfs and pre facelift Passats) you will see them. they are also on the new Octavia and Superb.

Chris

I think the Aero wipers for the 6N Polo will fit. Not entiely sure, but have been thinking of this myself.

VAGPARTS

Go to Product Overview/VW/Polo/Exterior/Aero Wipers.

The latest Polo GT has aero wipers as standard. Surely if the blades don't fit the arms, then Polo arms would be a straight swap...

God knows how much that would cost mind!!

The Fabia wipers arms are a different shape to the Polo.

Andy Ellis fitted them by totally dismantling both sets of wipers and adapting the std Fabia ones (I.e Hacksawing the ends off). The nearside (passenger side) will fit, but the offside (drivers side) WILL NOT fit as the wiper linkages position and the shape of the bonnet mean the Polo arms shape is wrong.

It is not worth the hassle

you can easy order bosch's orginal aerotwin wipers for skoda fabia i just bought one pair :) they aren't as god as I expect' date=' but looks nice, will see...

for example, go to:

This will not work on UK cars as the wiper arms are placed on the opposite side for RHD cars and the replacement aero wipers are designed for LHD cars although that is if they look the same as the ones that are designed with the new arms in mind. If they are, it would be best to wait until they launched in the UK as they will then deffinatly work properly on RHD cars

Fitted Lupo GTI ones to my Corrado, they work well, IIRC was about
