Myself and keechy are trying to organise a Welsh Skoda meet as discussed in previous threads.

The full route is yet to be fully finalised but it will be a full day with a mix of driving and plenty of stops for a chat and to take some photos, there will also be a main stop for lunch.

The start point will be Sarn Services as it is fairly central location, easy to get to and also near cheap accommodation if needed.

Hopefully this will take place on the 2nd of June, which should give people time to make arrangements for days off etc.

The date is provisional, if its is awkward for a lot of people it could be moved.

No worries Karl, i'll see what i can do but time off work might be tight around that time. I'll see what happens though and you won't need to cut any headlining either.

Korban has tried the same meet in the past and had very poor turn outs so lets try and get a few names down!! Everyone will get a chance to drive some of South Wales' best roads which will provide some sensational back drops for pictures. Will give us all a chance to explore new routes for our own weekend runs too. Also It will give us all a good chance to meet before the big national meet before we convoy up together.

Let me know if anyone is any good with a camera so I don't have to take mine as I am not very good!!!

I think the date will change. If it conflicts with other shows etc.

Due to other events taking place on this date how about Saturday the 8th of June.

Should work for me my only issue is do I bring the Octy or the fabia.

Sorry all been very busy the last month !

The weather forecast seems to be good this week so I'll be at Sarn Park Services at 10 am to guide any one who wants to do the run.

Even if nobody turns up (which has happened before) I will still be doing the run.

Gutted I can't make this. Boss is on holiday for two weeks so I'm running the other shop on my own to cover until she comes back. Work is a bit nuts for a while. Don't even know when my next day off is.

What is the proposed run? If you were intending on heading closer I would meet you there rather than drive all the way down to South Wales to double back on myself.
