does anyone possibly have the outer diameter of the bottom boost pipe leading from the intercooler and the inner diameter of the pipe itself.

I'd like to buy two couplers and diy the bottom boost pipe!

The bottom boost pipe - do you mean the one that runs along the side of the sump?

If I were you I'd go all the way from the turbo to the intercooler as it goes very narrow just before the turbo - as small as 40mm I think!

I mean the angle one that goes into the metal pipe. I do plan to eventually do the whole stretch but having problems finding adequate pipes!

It's only a small pipe then. The size of the pipe won't matter as it all depends on the opposite side of the couplers that you use.

I can probably only go from the intercooler and replace the pancake pipe because the hosing to the turbo is high temperature!
