We ventured up to Yorkshire on Sunday a 400 mile round trip in our Fab. Both myself and Partner are most impressed by the car now we have done our first really long trip. Both of us were of the feeling that the car behaves more like a large car and sits well on the road and just swallows up the miles. We love it!

What made our journey even more pleasing is getting our first Thumbs Up from a cheeky chap in a rather sexy looking Fabia with black chrome work and shiny body.... VRS? Monti? Not sure which but for that guy whoever you are Thank you for giving our car the Thumbs Up. We did see you and I nodded to you but wasn't quick enough to return the complement. So if it was you on the A614 somewhere between Bridlington and the Market Weighton turn abound 8-8.30 last night Thank you.

Good to hear! What was your fuel consumption in your 1.2TSi DSG fab?

Not as good as hoped. Car said 47.8 Ave. My calculations were 44.2 MPG Ave.
