Just thought this might be helpful to others. I had a rattle from the front passenger door that I found really annoying. it started a couple of months ago.

I took off the door trim (the door handle cap came of easily for once!) and a shaped lump if polystyrene fell out. Originally glued to the door trim panel, the evostik type glue had hardened and cracked so the polystyrene moulding was rattling around inside the door. More glue - problem fixed.

Mine is an Elegance model so others models may be avoiding the problem by not having it fitted!

Ooooh. I must have a look at mine. That said the speaker seems to make a rattle noise too :-(
