Metal knocking coming from the back of the car? What is it?

Hey everyone! :)

Ive had a slight knocking that sounds like its coming from the OSR of the car and its been bugging me that somethings about to give way.

I suspected something to do with the suspension but ive had the wheel off and cant see anything abnormal compared to the other side, it also sounds like a light knocking and its happening most of the time even at slow speeds with next to no suspension travel or movement.

My dad has had a listen and reckons its something to do with the exhaust.

anyone else got any ideas ? thanks :)
