Neptunes look better in black IMO, too ordinary in silver. If I hadnt bought a Blackline id have spec'd them on a factory order.

Like those, black neptunes look better than silver on white and red VRS's IMO. I am still a fan of the stock silver on race blue. Not seen any on a yellow one yet but black would also suit it!

looks great against the red. personally i'd do the grille gloss black too to match.

Black :peek:

Black wheels suit the red vrs very well.....nice looking car!

Looks great! I have the same on my BLACK car. I just love them. ;-)

Grey never look factory tho. At least black does.

Dont like black wheels but i must say that looks the dogs danglies :)

You need to get the grill surround done to match.

Red and black , it is classic, perfect! Front grill in black also please!

Cheers looks better after I've give it a good buff and got some good protection on it

I specc'd gloss black on my white VRS and havent regretted it once, they look great, so good work you have done, was never a fan of black wheels in the past but I just feel it raises the look of a VRS a bit, but only works on a few colours, white, red, green, yellow and black, all the other colours need silver wheels in my opinion.

black looks great!!

and +1 about making the grill black also

Thanks thinking about doin the grill black and getting some coilovers if any one has some for sale

Black on red looks sweet. Are facelift's lower than pre facelift's? Doesn't look like it needs lowering as much as mine does.

Not sure it's proberley just Thayer way mine is parked

Hmmm def looks lower at the front, either way your facelift is looking pretty sweet

Don't paint the grille black, paint is red.

5 minutes in Photoshop, naff but gives you an idea

Helps if you squint a bit

Have had mine nearly 2 years & still haven't seen another Red one 'in the flesh'. Black wheels look good but not sure about the gloss. Always fancied Anthracite myself.
