low soft suspension?

Featured Replies

is there a set up that will lower your car but is comfort orientated over handling? in the process of getting rid of my low, hard riding fabia vrs in favour of a bigger more practacal octavia vrs.( family man with dog etc now ya see lol)i still want to modifiy but want a comfy car now with looks over handling.

Air?

I think KW do a set of 'comfort' coilovers, but I don't know if they're out for the Fabia. Or even if they're any good!

HSD do some decent ones for the 3 series where the spring stays the same length as you lower the car, the whole assembly moves within its holder. Advantage being lower cars aren't stiffer than those at full height, so it'll always be the same level of comfort (depending on the damping setting). Could be something looking to see if anything exists like that for the Fabia?

dont want it for my fabia mate, want it for my new octavia when i do the swap

how low? eibach are not firm

Ah, my bad. I skim read it!

I would have said eibach springs any day of week but they dont make them for octavia vrs so will have to be H&R 20mm springs instead,

Air ride!

I find kw coilovers quite comfortable if running at a decent height
