No mate, the W.O.'s left me so I am at peace...

PM for you

I was at my Mums last week and after using Flash I agree. Looks really shiny. ;)

  Tremendous!!

I gave up on the Flash car wash after about a month and 2 seperate flash wash units......

I had the same experiance of the detergent stripping off the wax on the car.............. I also had problems with the unit itself...... the section where you connect the hosepipe to on the bottom was leaking on the first one as soon as i tried it..... Took it back and the second unit did the same the second time i used it.....

i ended up just chuckin' it in the back of the garage somewhere!!! :thumbdwn: :thumbdwn: :thumbdwn:

Cheers

Dave.

I've just washed the W.O.'s 'new' car.

A bloody great Galaxy in pimp metallic burgundy.

It was its first proper wash in its first 3 years.

it's taken me 2 hrs on and off just to wash it, I've also used a full bottle of Flash paint stripper stuff.

Never again, never,never,never.

I've now thrown it in the bin. Along with 4 sponges, 2 lambswool washmitts, and 4 empty lager cans.

It still looks crap.

The local IMO would have only charged me £6.

It's not even my bloody car!!

Its only saving grace is that it's a 2.5 tubodiesel, all red, with every extra you can have!!

Out of interest why are you complaining about the tool.

Surely it's the cleaner that strips the wax, so why not use something like Mer for pressure washers and then use the auto dry feature to spray what is ion exchanged water on your car for no water marks.

I think it's a cheap way of foaming the shampoo onto your car. So flash makes crapp car cleaning fluid, just use something else surely?

Absolutely right. I use Meguires XCT Car Wash in mine and then use the autodry afterwards.
