I have seen a lot of the members cars with a cup holder which seems to be fitted into the left hand side of the stereo just wondering if anyone can tell me where to get one

MacDonalds do twin cupholders in a suble grey colour, you can simply duct-tape one of these next to the stereo for a highly cost-effective Blue Peter-style mod.

Alternatively, open your glove box and, voila!
