Quick rack?

Featured Replies

Just a thought. I know people fit the tt/s3 etc steerig rack on the octavias as a quicker steering option. Is there anything like this for the fabia? Or any chance of fitting the tt one with fabia steering arms?

Luke

This would be interesting to know actually.... as the slow steering on the Fabia's is something that really lets it down IMO.

Pretty sure non of it fits

I'd be very surprised if it was to fit!

Just an idea. Never seen the two next to each other. Was just wondering.

If the mountings are the same or can be adapted easily. It can fit. Just short steering arms are needed obviously. Need to get hold of a very cheap one. Or someone needs to lend me one for a short period of time :')

The TT/ octavia are both belt driven pumps.. the Fabia is electric..

If the was a way to make it fit it would not be as simple as just fitting it.. u would have to fabricate all the pipes + need to mount a belt driven pump on the alternator belt..

Wouldnt advise it.

I think u can adjust how fast the steering is using VAG COM??

You can adjust the heaviness of the steering from 1- 5 (1 being the lightest).
