Just spotted there was a poster called 'offnote' on a pianoworld.com forum............he was banned from there too! I kid you not - check for yourselves.

I do remember in the not too distant past, that on the Toyota Owners Club (Rav4 section), we had a persistant Poster of the naughty kind, but his location was the UK.The Mods on their put up ith it for so long and then got shut, no messing. He did try to come back under another guise but was soon rumbled.Have got to admit the Mods on Briskoda are "firm but fair"and long may it continue.

I am an admin in a photography forum, behind the scenes is quite good, you can see IP addresses and such like, so when you ban somebody you can ban the IP, if they try to rejoin they can't, you can also set the message displayed when they do try to log in (on our forum you can anyway)

This could be a decent competition, "Guess the banned message?"

Yeah, only the new account was setup using a different IP, but then I could see "the style" so did an IP check and sure enough even though the account was setup on a different IP, the original IP was used for some of the posting and logging in, so BYE BYE!
