Copy from DVD to HDD

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a dual layer DVD full of mp3's I want to transfer to the HDD, however, I never go on a journey long enough for the transfer to complete. i tried turning the head unit on after removing the key and then starting the transfer, but it switched itself off after a while.

Does anyone have an idea how I can get it to keep transferring while the car is unattended?

Thanks

Paul

I don't think you can, I just did a few each time I was in the car an artist at a time on my first car. This time round I got a 32gb SD card that just about takes everything I own and simply put that in the slot rather than copy anything.

I had ans SD card but it was too much temptation for my 2 year old who somehow managed to remove it and lose it so need a different solution.
