08' Fabia seat swap, leather?

Hi guys, im getting a bit sick of the standard seats on my wifes 1.2 htp (gives me no support) so i was thinking about swapping them with an upgraded version, possibly leather. Has anyone done so? if so with what? I assume seats from a similar age polo or ibiza will fit straight in. im not really bothered about matching door cards, would like a simple bolt in solution.
