Cant see a part number on them, only what seems to be a cast number?

Can you use original size discs with 996 calipers dude?

should be a casting number on them buddy, whats it say. you can use original discs subject to it being the right caliper and you having the right caliper carrier

Sure can I use OEM 312 discs with Ferodo DS2500 Pads. You will also require carriers to fit the calipers to hubs. Speak to Dave Brown at Vagbremtechnic who can supply you with carriers and Pads. While you are about it change the brake fluid and fit steel brake hoses then job done.

you need to fit steel hoses anyway, as the oe ones wont work with those calipers. Plenty of places do the carriers, are around 100ish a set.

Personally unless you have new discs you can use, i would go for the 323mm disc carriers, they allow fitment of the leon cupra r disc, however i can confirm they 312 setup that pete has works pretty damn well too!

They are not 996 Porsche calipers, they look like older versions that they put on 928's or the Bog Reds from a Audi RS2.
