I wouldn't pay anything more than £50 given the above unknown oil usage issue, needing an exhaust and a service!

Either way, what trim level/engine (8v or 16v) is it, as that will make a difference. . .

BAD:

Using or loosing a lot of oil lately.

Definite MOT failure with exhaust issue.

GOOD:

MOT due end of July

Road Tax due in September

New CD player

What I suggest:

Get exhaust sorted

Get new MOT

BUT if exhaust emits a lot of blue smoke, this is your biggest headache and downfall.

If blue smoke consider talking/thinking about trading it in against another vehicle, and not do any of the above fixes.

I ended up getting a £1500 trade in for my 52 plate Fabia with 120+k on the clock (mainly because I proved to them that that was the going rate for a similar age/condition Fabia Classic/Blackline on autotrader).
