As plenty of people are asking about new badges for mk1 Fabia while I was at the dealer earlier on collecting some other parts and asked about the new style badges - well it made sense given the 80mm badge was fitted to a mk2 Monte Carlo less than 3 feet from the parts desk!

Essentially this

80mm diameter as fitted to the boot of a new mk2 Monte Carlo

is part number SJ0 853 621 AAVL

That's the theory

There are 2 separate 80mm Monte Carlo badges - the rear one is flat and the front one is concave and they both fit perfectly to the Mk 1 Fabia. I fitted a pair a couple of months ago but made no note of the part numbers, but a dealer should be able to identify them. The rear badge will fit the front grille but the correct one is far more secure.
