Finland Wrc ~ Updates

Thought I'd start the thread with some concerning news!

Auriol might not even start the event because of a shoulder problem! :( He'll be missed if he doesn't start and 'Gardenmonster' will have a lot of work to do, especially as he'll be using the 'box and diff set up for the first time.....

Oh well should be fun, :drive1: flat out all the way :D

I'd like to see Solberg and Martin battle it out.

Auriol WILL compete on the Super Special tonight and start the rally proper tomorrow but might not be able to complete the whole event :(

I suppose you don't know if there is any programs broadcasting the rally? Preferably free-to-air/view?

C4 will have them on at random and obscure times

Eurosport will have them on at some ungodly hour of the morning

I discovered last night that Motors TV is on free-to-air on Sky, which means that I've now set up the TiVo to record all WRC programmes. And on C4...

After SS3 Martin leads Gronholm by 4seconds, Solberg 3rd, McRae 4th. Rovanpera 24 mins down after breaking suspension in SS2

Auriol has withdrawn on medicalk grounds :(

WTF happened to the C4 coverage on Sunday for Rally Germany - I watched the Friday and Saturday live, set the video for the advertised time on Sunday and recorded the news followed by half an hour of some crappy programme about living in France or something ? :(

Oh they moved it to about 3 in the afternoon

Gardemeister is 12th after SS3, just trailing Loeb. But he's ahead of the Hyundais and the Fords of Hirvonen and Duval. Would love to see him ahead of that other Ford, though...
