Can you get the back wheels off the ground?

Where did you order them from?

Corby Motorsport. :)

Any particular reason you went with D2 over K Sport? On the face of it list prices favour the K Sports...

I have a K Sport product and I am not really happy with :/

The thoughts on ksports haven't sounded wonderful from people I've spoken to. A couple of people on my track day were not particularly impressed either. I suspect its the age old get what you pay for . . .

I've had a browse on Corby Motorsport's website. It seems the current D2 kit is a new design whereas the K Sports may be "same old"... The point is that a few years back the two brands seemed identical many ways. Many on Impreza and other forums have been impressed by the upgrades (admittedly, mostly to K Sports).

Also priced the pads for the K Sports on their website £220-£230 for a set of front pads (DS2500 or Pagid RS) ! Ouch. Just as well pads last a while unless really hammered.

I was swayed on to the D2 by the chap who runs Corby motorsport, basically saying Ksport is generally race car only - there is no long term protection like dust caps, whereas D2 is designed for road cars / track toys.

Yes, I paid £200+ for "upgrade" only to DS2500, but I think long term that is money worth spending. I had a fairly short bit of braking to do last night when a green changed to yellow/red and I wasn't concentrating 100%. They are good. ;)

They certainly look excellent, especially with Oz rims!

One thing you will never think about is thermal overload of the brakes - no chance with this setup :)

With this amount of braking torque you need some serious rubber to utilise that stopping power.
