Fuel filler cap won't close/lock

For some reason today it won't lock/close any ideas? Everything seems ok with it just won't lock

Common problem. You need to;

go into the boot.

Go behind the carpet, behind the filler flap.

Find the cable (which has popped off)

Re insert it back into the flap release.

Try it out.

Took me a of 3 minutes to do mine and hasn't come off since.

Lol that's just my signature I wasn't on the toilet at all but it's where I normally am when surfing the web lol

I think the same thing has happened to my car this weekend, as my filler cap has stopped closing/locking correctly - Briskoda is brilliant for stuff like this - thanks all!
