Ouch! You paid how much...

Dipping in phenol based stripper, then cleaning and prunus blasting is the quickest and easiest way (least labour intensive) to refurb, and powder coating isn't expensive these days. Okay, so you DO have to have the equipment to do all three, but that sounds quite costly for a refurb. Unless you got these wheels really cheap, you'll struggle to see your money back.

Do look sweet though, but a tad too shiny for my scruffy black motor. I think I'd need matt finish to match my bodywork. :giggle:

Easy.... Everyone :D

mmmm gloss black. lol

I would say you should get your money back on them to the right buyer!

I know you don't want to give them away but if they are not going to be used then don't really see the point in keeping them!

If the time came to split a few parts and sell then having these or a not quite so mint set on would make no difference in re sale price IMO!

Just think of what you can get with the money short term :)

So what would be a good sart price to think about ?

Until i bolt brakes to big for them id keep them stashed :D

Or sell toward 0.01 staggered blacks

Hmmmm

They were mainly got so if i wanted to sell the car i could whip the bbs's off :D

But then loved the finish lol

Hmm, that looks familiar lol :D

That was the best that car ever looked.

Doh,

if they were factory finish I would snap them up, subject to selling the 18's I have for sale!

wish you were nearer to me. ive been wanting some black wheels

As they owe you £270 then i would say that would be a good start, i would say not to take anything less than £250 for them. But to the right person then they could be worth £300 due to the cost of 2nd hand ones being at the £200+ mark and a normal NONE wheel specialist refurb being £150-£200!

Everything is worth what someone else is willing to pay for it!

If you dont have to sell and have the room then yeah keep them stashed but if it was me and your car then can you really ever see them getting fitted???
