Hello!

This could well be in the wrong section so feel free to move etc...

I'm just gauging interest of the above. The trusty old wiper motor has seized on my mk2 octavia and ive been looking round for a quality plug on the net, the price of them makes me feel sick for what they are.

A friend of mine runs an engineering shop so I am going to approach him to see what he can make in alloy at a good price. Ill also ask if he can get the briskoda logo on the cap too?

If there's enough interest ill see what he can do otherwise ill have to bite the biker and pay £30 for a glass plug!

Wouldn't it be cheaper to replace the motor?

I'd really miss the rear wiper!

I drive a van during the day so I'm one for the wing mirrors. I tend not to use the back window. I rather like the look of the Octavia without a wiper too

You can buy my old motor if you want.

But I removed my rear wiper and it looks so much better.

I got my bung off ebay and haven't had any issues.
