Hi,

I noticed that my left back door was not locking even every other door were. Another symptom was that same door windows was not operative from drivers master panel, but worked from door own switch...

And here is diagnostic output. Not sure what is causing what but quess they might be related to same problem.

Have you checked the wiring to the doors at the hinges for a possible broken wire? Its a common problem. I see you mentioned a check at the pillars, so it might be inside the rubber protection?

They all look linked apart from the hvac one which I have. Mine is caused by an updated facelift climate panel in a pre facelift car.

thanks for your reply. I'll double check wiring. Another symptom was that I could not activate rear windows safety lock from the driver panel. Is it more likely problem on driver door wiring or on the problematic rear door and could it be under the panel ( I see there is fault for driver door as well)? And is wiring in a star model to every door from the driver door or are they chained (I mean could be broken in some other place, e.g. if wiring is chained from another rear door)?

about HVAC problem, it has same mileage and time stamp than this central lock problem under it, so it might be related to same problem as well?

I'm not sure about the wiring setup between doors but given the switch on the drivers door controls all four, they are all linked to it.

You might have hit on something with the date stamp. Its probably a canbus wire that is broken as the error is affecting hvac and the doors at the same and both are on the comfort can network. I see canbus is mentioned in one of the errors too.

I would be checking at the rear left first but reading the errors again its possible two wires are gone, so check all four doors.

well I did recheck and quess what I found, not one but 3 broken wires and all other had crack in same place!

Sounds like china quality to me even we have cold winters here in Finland. Now all fault codes are disappeared

Here are steps what I did if it helps someone in same situation.

1. initial situation

2. I put heat shrink tube to all damaged but not yet broken wires. Wires can be released from connector one by one

3. Then I soldered broken wires and put heat shrink tubes to them as well.

4. Finally it looked like this:
