Octavia Vrs Wheel options/fitment etc

Featured Replies

Hi Guys im new to the Skoda world so forgive me if this seems a stupid question,

A. What are the 18in wheel offset, Pcd etc...Octavia mk 2

B. What other VAG group wheels fit Octavia Vrs tdi cars ?

C. Any other manufacturers alloys ft our cars ? anyone gone 19 inch before ?

Cheers!

The standard Neptune 18" wheel fitted to the face lift vRS has an offset of ET51. The PCD is 5x112 and the centre bore is 57.1mm. You should be able to find a lot of VW and Audi wheels that will fit - typically mk5 & 6 Golf/Jetta/Scirocco/Touran, most Passats, mk2 Audi A3, Audi TT and most Audi A4s and A6s. Some people on here have fitted 19s.

Mine are audi q3 7,5x17 5x112 et 45 and fit as factory car.

If you need more, you can fit 19" seat leon cupra (glossy black or dark grey looks amazing), also RS6 new model looks fantastic

i just got some VW T4 alloys for mine... will post when have pics :)

Mercedes wheels also, with spigot rings to reduce the centrebore

cheers everyone, reason it got me wondering is I have a set of 19in oz superturismo from my evo 8, they are 5 x 114 , et 35 , would they fit lol ? spacers maybe ?

some people use wobble bolts to get 5x114 wheels to fit onto 5x112 hubs, not something I would personally feel comfortable with. ET35 will be pushing the wheels a fair bit out into the arches compared to standard wheels (standard vRS facelift wheels are et51) - spacers will make this situation worse. Wheel width will be important too.

not sure et35 is a bit low to start and then pcd adaptors will add more, so might end up sticking out too far

but im sure some of the bigger wheel whores :p will know :D

B****y phone!

Factory 18" neptunes are 7.5" wide and et 51.

I've done a lot of thinking about different wheel options. Received wisdom is that wheels set 15mm further out at the front and 10mm further out at the front look best though fronts can a bit wider without rubbing. Lot of people seem to use spacers to achieve this.

Best compromise with a new set of wheels will be around et40 on 7.5s (11mm further out) or et45 on 8s (12mm further out).

Will be amazing, But maybe at law limit (maybe in UK is different, but here It's difficult to pass industry cert if wheel exceeds car wide)

Mines are 7.5 et45 and wheel is at limit of the car, rims exceed a bit

this is what you need :)

The hawk wheel will be inset a little (4mm) so might benefit from spacers.

The neptune outer rim will sit same as your current spec but you'll lose 12mm clearance on the inside (wheel/tyre closer to the car body). Again, some spacers could correct that.

I've had some OE seat bbs on the old car as winter rims, same dimensions as stock vrs wheel which looked great.. current car has 8x18 et45 which sit perfectly.
