Flexipads Surface Preparation Disc

Featured Replies

Does this need to be used with a QD or other lubricant? Is it single use?

I think I'd still rather use a clay bar.

Keep us posted if you do.

Saw these posted on Instagram yesterday and really interested.. And a plus that if you have the mishap of dropping it, unlike clay I presume you would be able to wipe/ rinse off and not have to throw it away.

May have to invest, would still have to use clay for all the nooks and crannys and wheels.

Since it would be fixed to your DA polisher, let's hope you don't drop it in the first place!

Yes, I was surprised there are no spot versions. I imagine they will come in time, if the 6" is a success.

I understand that these will shortly be appearing on the Serious Performance website at around £15, which, assuming it includes VAT, is a bit cheaper even than the Flexipads retail site.

(I discovered this when I was enquiring about pads there - they have very good deals on 4-packs of hex, foam and spot pads, and allowed me to pick my own colours.)
