Featured Replies

hi guys just a question seen a octavia se 10 plate 1.6 diesel one owner 30.000 miles

do you think this is a good miles for a diesel fsh mint condition thinking about it. just been to coleford to look at a octavia 1.4 se 11 plate 23.000 2 owners still got 1 years warranty

on it not bad few little things on it to do just thinking which one to have thanks pete

Thats very good millage for a diesel. Just take it for a test drive and check if the dpf light doesnt come on because it could be cloged because of small distance drives and little use. But I dont see why it will have dpf issues.

hi wots a dps light mite ask them to service it if it needs it i think they will check before it leave the garage

Dpf, diesel particulated filter, it cleans the soot out the exhaust gasses, its a none servicable item so nothing the garage can do sericing wise. The engine should be a cr diesel so it shouldnt have meny issues. The light looks like a rectangle with circles inside. Just do a quick search on here for info. Personaly I wouldnt worry about it at all on that age of a car. But I wouldnt forget about it.

ok mite ring them about the car and to see wot price they will give me for mine thanks again

Its ok.

30k in 3yr is 10k a year and pretty much spot on average.

As long as it's not been doing that 10k stop start in town everything should be fine.

The other, 2 owners in two years would make me look into it further unless it was a prereg. Might have been a rental or courtesy car.
