Help!!!! Long story short. Doing my first 'proper' trackday on Sunday @ Croft. Just received the drivers pack and it asks for my driving licence and driver number. Sent mine off last week for the new photocard (and to remove some points) therefore no driving licence :eek:

I've got a letter from the DVLA that ref my driver number and a driving licence application receipt from the PO but there's no way on earth I'll get my licence back for the weekend. I've contacted the organisers and will take the letters plus another form of ID (passport etc). Anyone know what to do or been in a similar position?

I have nowt else. Not even a photocopy of my old paper licence that was sent off :(

Just be honest about it and hand in as much documentation/proof who you are as you can. Alternatively, it may be possible of someone in the DVLA to fax you a letter which confirms they have possession of your license.
