Driver Window

Featured Replies

Well what a start to a morning.

Either my driver window decided to explode in the night or someone put it through.

No ones entered the car, there is no sign of any attempt to actually break the window, but im left with a hole, a wet drivers seat and loads of glass in and outside the car.

All very strange.

I also sleep like a brick as the alarm didn't wake me up, and the car is just under my bedroom window.

Edit:

Well to improve the day nobody can get that piece of glass until tommorrow afternoon.

3 of the major suppliers only have spares at central distribution and 1 doesn't carry it at all.

Rarity and the downsides.

Sorry to hear about your problem hope you get it sorted soon. Drying the seat out before you sit in it is essential otherwise the leather, that's there, might stretch.

sorry to hear of your woes.

good job you have leather and not cloth seats.

you'd have a very soggy bottom with those

Just to close this off.

Yeti is whole again.

Interesting to see inside the door, lots of audi badged parts.

Brains for the windows is VW badged, no skoda stickers at all.

Someone has put "R" on the inside of the door in marker.

Be hard to put it on the Left side, so a bit of a puzzle.

Apparently there are only 3 driver windows left in the country now
