Just wondering if someone can confirm if Falken fk453 tyres are run flats or not as a friend of mine has just bought 2 for his 12 reg Seat Alhambra. He was told by the dealership that they were but I can't find anywhere that says they are. He's not that up on cars and asked if I'd check for him as he had Conti PremiumContact 2 runflats originally as it wasn't supplied with a spare wheel or refil can.

His tyre size is 225 50 17 98Y.

Tell him to drive it for a week and go to the dentist, if he has fillings missing they are indeed run flats !
