Apparantly the VW Up gets a hybrid engine around September 2013.  Anyone know if this will be offered in the Citigo and the likely cost?

I think we'll be lucky, but as they are made in the same factory you never know...

 

It's supposed to be a decent hybrid, electric car with a small 2cyl diesel for range extending rather than just a regular car with a small battery thrown in.

Hope that's true.

That would be a very interesting car but in reality, I'm getting such good economy from my 75 Green Tech that I wonder if it's going to be much better?
