So, got my Superpro (none ALK) fitted a few weeks back...

 

Much improved ride quality with my H & R suspension and Whiteline ARB setup. Not harsh at all, more comfortable than 80K old bushes that's for sure.

 

After a bit of roundabout action today, found out that turn in and powering out of a corner is VASTLY improved, allowing me to put the power back on earlier and higher.

 

In summary, worth every penny even if they are the "cheap" not ALK kit.
