Engine not starting

Hello everybody

I am a newbie here and having a serious problem

I drive a 2008 Octavia A4 known in UK as Octavia 1 I assume

a week ago everything was ok , I parked my car, the other day while going to work I failed to styart the engine that morning

I got the car to the local authorized service agent

They have been working for 2 days in order to diagnose the issue with no success

first they checked the petrol pump under the back seat there were no electric signal for it to start

and lead them to the control logic circuit which signals some parts of the engine

The control in my car is not recognizing  their device to start checking and they tried with a new on and it also failed

Have anybody faced such a problem
