If it's got 4 totally bald tyres I'd be having a word with the local constabulary – the car's not exactly hard to spot so it shouldn't take them long to pull him up for driving a dangerous and unroadworthy space vehicle .

 

Unless Chavman activates the cloaking device, of course

Seems a popular upgrade that front end as this little gem parked around the corner from me has a similar set up!

I've got the exact opposite of that just down the road from me. It's painted a baby blue colour and looks almost standard but god does it shift.

You should see some of the automotive horrors I see driving around Bradford on a daily basis!

 

Funnily enough, one of the worst is another disAstra. White base spec model with a MASSIVE body kit on it, standard wheels hidden somewhere underneath it all and some kind of exhaust extender poking out the back at 45 degrees.

 

A good thing to do is bang "modified" into eBay cars every now and then and feast your eyes! eg.
