i did and it didn't pick up anything, when I used the pink you could hear it pick up a signal because the cd started again when you took it off

Mine had no earth cable, was just a headphone jack.

This is what I followed for the Blaupunkt CD 34 headunit

EXTERNAL AUDIO SOURCES

External audio sources
Instead
of connecting a CD changer,
you can connect another audio source

The AUX input must be activated in the
menu.
If you want to connect an external au-
dio source, you will need an adapter
cable. You can obtain this cable (Blau-
punkt no.: 7 607 897 093) from your
authorised Blaupunkt dealer.

peatedly until “AUX OFF” or “AUX
ON” appears in the display.

On the Symphony CD Tuner:

Only way to get AUX-IN is to buy a box that emulates the CD Changer.

Yatour, Xcarlink, Connects2 etc...

You got yours quick, mine only dispatched this morning!!

Right, plugged mine in. Not working either. I have the same cable.

Also realised that my CD player is made by technisat.

Going to try earthing.

Tried earthing, didn't work.

Tried switched live, didn't work, perm live, didn't work.

Looks like going to need an emulator.

Unless anyone else has any ideas.

On fabia 1 the aux lead needs to trick the head unit that the cd changer is still connected that lead doesn't look up to that, connects 2 one only around £20 on eBay.

But do they have a VRS with Symphony CD Tuner or summat else?

As an aside, have asked Connects2 if their "USB in" doofer works with the Symphony CD-tuner made by Technisat.

...Would be useful if it does as that's only £50 from here...
