Found this forum after we placed order, some great info, confirming we did the right thing ( had been looking at Pandas, UPs etc)

We are debating on having the red stripes taken off before we have the Superguard done, concerned that we might be a bit 'old' (wrong side of 45!) for its style statement . Anyone else have a Sport but not keen on the stripe?

Oh, and now we have seen the armrest mod and the cornering lights... Lots to think about!

We are going to get the boot divider after liking the one in the UP we looked at.

And a light or two for the boot too!

I know, but I worry too much what others might think. I really should know better by now, being someone who, approaching 50, owns several skateboards, chopper style bicycles and still listens to the music of my youth... ;-)

You are dead right, the interior is great, but we also love the black alloys and tinted glass!

I think the stripes on the Sport look great,gives the car a bit of charisma,overall I think the car looks good in any of the 3 colours available and I am well over 45 (even 50 for that matter!).Go for it!!.

3 or 5 door? I've gone for the 5 door in white. Love the stripes - in fact love everything about the Sport model, and am getting rid a vRS mk2 Fab to get one. I ordered mine at the very end of June and am currently still waiting - it's still sitting at Emden I believe, although should get a better update this week. Hope you enjoy the car, and looking forward to the Citigo section here on Brisky getting busier, so stay around. I'm 44 next month, so it would seem that stripes while adding bhp to the car, take years off your ages too!!

I'm 42 next month and i'm defo gonna trade in my c2 for a citigo sport in red,can't wait,never had a brand spanking new car before.

We saw a red 3 door Sport in the dealers this weekend. It looks great in the flesh, I'm sure you'll love it when it arrives!
