Apparently, and I can't remember which bit of Brisky I saw this in, ignition on, engine not running, hold throttle to floor for 30 secs, ignition off, start car as normal.

A quick search got this:

Tried that yesterday and no difference

I did swap plugs out and the ones i took out look brown

So just after i did a Fuel Injector wire tuck( unplug all sensors to throttle, cam, intercooler, injectors, knock sensor etc) and route wires under inlet manifold,   I ran tank very low, I filled up tank and the car  started chucking out crud from exhaust shortly after and then stalled. I assume the pump pulled in the bottom of tank and then maybe a air block or something stopped the new fuel going through.  I left it and came back to car and started ok. But ever since then i get the laggy poor low down running (kind of fluffy feel)

So far I have:

changed fuel pump

changed fuel filter

swapped out plugs (as the brown does seem to stack with crud being pulled through)

So thinking the throttle calibration is needed as these cars are DBW not cable and maybe throttle is out of sync cause i unplugged it

Also thinking likely that I may of blocked injectors and thus low down running has been effected.

I have a spare set of injectors now so will have a go over weekend but would still like a throttle reset done for piece of mind.
