This problem may well be related to the heat.

 

Went to my car yesterday (has been sat in the heat all day til about 2pm with the sun on the passengers side).

 

As soon as I got in I put both windows down - but there was a problem on the passenger side.

 

Once it went down it wouldn't come up - like the motor or whatever has lost all control (and maybe parts damaged by the heat?).

 

When I press the button to make the qwindow come up you can ehar some mechanical activity but nothing happens.

 

I managed to manually grab hold of and pull the window up but it only comes up abount 90% of the way so does not fully close. I don't know if the bottom part is stuck on soemthing that won't move.

 

Any ideas what this could be?

Broken regulator. It's attached to the ancillaries carrier, there is a guide in the tech section.

Extremely common problem...bit of a tricky fix but once it's done you will have the hang of it for when the other side goes!

Regulator, mine went a few weeks ago!
