What kinda job is it to remove the rear door cards guys as my rear windows are squeaking when the kids wind em up and down

rub some vaseline or spray on some silicone on the window seals. It's more likely that it's the rubber/ glass squeaking in this weather.

Tried it fella ,its deffo the mechanism within the door :(
