Dog Guard fixings

Featured Replies

I recently got a used Octavia Estate dog guard from a certain site. It's good but I'm not sure that I have all of the parts. The picture below shows the bottom of the leg hooked over the lug on the side of the car. I was supplied with two large bolts which are the right thread to go up into the bottom of the leg but I'm guessing there must be some kind of bracket needed. Without this the guard is secure but rattles a wee bit.

Any advice or even better a pic of what I'm missing would be gratefully received.

Thanks

You are missing the plastic blocks with shaped slots which are bolted to the bottom of each leg and clamp them to the lashing rings.

Thanks Denis,

Now I know what I'm after and can pursue the ebay seller.
