Fitted and aftermarket stereo and it needs a surround as there is a gap I got the surround but it doesn't have any clips or anything anyone has experience with this before?

That's the back of the surround nothing to hold t I place I tried using the radio surround to hold it on but once the aftermarket surround is in the radio surround won't clip In place

Any help is appreciated

You need the genuine skoda part mate, just got one for mine it just fills that gap above the stereo you dont need anything else
