electric windows intermittent error fixed

For a while I had noticed that the windows didn't work properly. When fully engaging the switch , the window would stop when the switch was released and not go all the way up or down. Then the other day i noticed, that, when opening the door , the speaker at the driver's side went quiet. When touching the rubber tubing around the wires in the door frame, the fault could be reproduced.  I took the  thing apart and saw the the red/white wire to the windows switch also was broken, as were the speaker wires. Soldered them and used heatshrink flex. Drove the window all the way down and up to "reset" . Now everything was OK.
